The Köppern Children’s Bazaar Does Good

A special treat—in-person donation presentations are always especially wonderful

Sarah and Martina from the Köpperner Children’s Bazaar visited us at the Dr. Petra Joh Research Center to personally present the proceeds from this year’s bazaar: €4,000 for childhood cancer research.

Afterward, we gave them a tour of our research center—a look inside the labs where scientists work every day to make cancer in children curable for everyone. Because research is the key to a cure: Today, over 80 percent of children with cancer can be cured. Our goal is the remaining 20 percent.
